Small wind power derusting: mainly driven by electric power or compressed air, equipped with appropriate derusting device, reciprocating motion or rotary motion, which can meet the derusting requirements of various occasions. For example, angle grinder, steel wire brush, pneumatic needle beam derusting device, pneumatic hammer and rotary gear derusting device belong to semi mechanized equipment. They are light tools with great mobility and can remove rust. The old coating can be coated, but it can not achieve the quality of surface treatment, and the efficiency is lower than that of spraying. It can be used in any part, especially in ship repair.

Chemical method: a rust removal method, which mainly uses the reaction between acid and metal oxide to remove the rust on the metal surface of the molding machine. It is generally called pickling and rust removal, which can only be carried out in the workshop.

Applicable anti-oxidation coating: apply mineral oil, paint or porcelain to the surface of iron products, spray plastic, etc. Metal layers, such as zinc, tin, chromium and nickel, are electroplated on the surface of steel by hot-dip plating. This metal surface can form a dense oxide film to prevent iron products from rusting in contact with water, air and other substances. A dense and stable oxide film is formed on the surface of iron products by chemical methods to prevent rust of iron products.

High pressure water abrasive derusting: use the impact force of high pressure water jet (add high pressure water abrasive) to destroy the corrosion of steel plate and the adhesion of coating. The derusting device is not polluted by dust, will not cause any damage to the steel plate, greatly improves the derusting efficiency, and the derusting quality reaches more than 15m2 / h. However, the steel plate is easy to rust after corrosion, so a special wet rust remover must be used. This wet rust remover has a great impact on the coating of ordinary performance coatings.
