Dalian riveting and welding processing

Riveting welding is a welding method of electric welding, which is divided into cold riveting and hot riveting. Cold riveting is connected with rivets, and hot riveting is welding, that is, the connecting parts of two metals are melted together through high temperature. The common welding method is to penetrate the welded object with welding rod, which is generally used to weld thicker metal. Riveting welding flat plate / riveting welding platform is a basic cast iron flat plate widely used in riveting welding process. There are holes for cleaning some iron slag and welding waste during riveting welding and T-shaped grooves for fixing weldments on the working face to prevent welding deviation caused by instability of weldments. Riveting welding process, especially for fruit farmers, is used to connect parts made of different materials (such as plastic and metal). One part has a riveting column, which extends into the hole of another part. Then, through the cold flow or melting of plastic, the rivet column is deformed to form a rivet head, which mechanically locks the two parts together. The process is fast and economical, and has the advantages of no consumption of rivets and screws.
