Sand blasting can be used as a pre-treatment process for painting and plastic spraying of workpieces, which can remove rust and other dirt on the surface of the workpiece. What is the reason for the difference in sand surface density during Dalian sandblasting processing


1、 When sandblasting equipment is used for sandblasting processing, the walking speed of the spray gun is unstable. When the walking speed of the spray gun is relatively slow and the walking speed is relatively fast, the two spray out the same amount of sand per unit time. However, the former has a smaller distribution area, while the latter has a larger distribution area. However, due to the same amount of sand distributed on different surfaces, there will be a phenomenon of varying density. The distance between the spray gun mouth and the surface of the workpiece is relatively large, When the muzzle of the spray gun is relatively close to the surface of the workpiece, the spraying range is relatively small, but it is more concentrated and appears dense.


2、 During the operation of the sandblasting machine, the air pressure is unstable. When the air compressor is used for multiple spray guns, it is difficult to stabilize the air pressure. When the air pressure is high, there will be more sandpaper sucked in and sprayed out, while when the air pressure is low, it is the opposite. The amount of sand sucked in and sprayed out is less, and when the amount of sand sprayed out is more, the sand surface appears dense, but when the amount of sand sprayed out is less, the sand surface will become sparse. When the nozzle of the spray gun is far from the surface of the workpiece, although there is still so much sand sprayed, the area sprayed expands, and it will appear sparse at this time.


When the thickness of the oxide film increases from 0.2 micrometers to 0.45 micrometers, the surface colors of stainless steel sandblasted products will appear in sequence of blue, gold, red, and green. By controlling the soaking time, people can obtain the desired product. After further hard film treatment, stable compounds such as chromium trioxide and chromium hydroxide can be generated on the cathode. It not only fills the small pores in the oxide film, but also increases the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance of the oxide film, greatly improving the overall performance of the material.
