General process flow of anodic electrophoresis in surface electrochemical electrophoresis machining in Dalian

Electrophoretic spraying can be combined with anodic oxidation. The purpose of anodic oxidation pretreatment is to remove grease, impurities and natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum parts, and form a uniform high-quality anodic oxide film on the clean surface. After anodizing and electrolytic coloring of aluminum parts, electrophoretic coating is carried out. The coating formed by electrophoretic coating is uniform and thin, with high transparency, high corrosion resistance, high weather resistance and metal affinity.

Electrophoretic deposition in surface electrochemical electrophoretic machining in Dalian includes two processes: electrophoresis and deposition, which refers to the process of colloidal particles depositing into materials through the action of DC electric field in a stable suspension. Electrophoretic deposition is not suitable for 3C industry because of its poor appearance texture, poor sexual endurance and poor adhesion. Applicable materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.

The general process flow of anode electrophoresis is: workpiece pretreatment (degreasing → hot water washing → rust removal → cold water washing → phosphating → hot water washing → passivation) → anode electrophoresis → workpiece post-treatment (clean water washing → drying).

1. Degrease. The solution is generally hot alkaline chemical degreasing solution, the temperature is 60 ℃ (steam heating), and the time is about 20min.

2. Wash in hot water. Temperature 60 ℃ (steam heating), time 2min.

3. Rust removal. Use H2SO4 or HCl, such as hydrochloric acid for rust removal, and the total acidity of HCl is ≥ 43 points; Free acidity > 41 points; Add cleaning agent 1.5%; Wash at room temperature for 10 ~ 20min.

4. Wash in cold water. Wash with flowing medium and cold water for 1min.

5. Phosphating. Use medium temperature phosphating (Phosphating for 10min at 60 ℃), and the phosphating solution can be used as a commercial finished product.

The workpiece processed by electrophoresis needs surface treatment, so as to meet the surface requirements and better carry out the subsequent electrophoresis processing, so as not to affect the electrophoresis quality. The intermittent vertical lifting type, whose initial form is monorail electric hoist and controlled manually, is suitable for painting operations with small batch. In this way, the conductive effect of electrophoretic processing will be good and the flatness will be relatively high, which will make electrodeposition easier. The surface of the pre coated parts has a high degree of cleanliness, which will not pollute the electrophoresis tank, and there will be a relatively uniform and good protective film.
