Derusting - whether to choose manual sand blasting machine or automatic sand blasting machine is mainly considered from the aspects of labor, efficiency, power consumption, product characteristics and so on. When the user's products are few and the workpiece size is small, the environmental protection box type manual sand blasting machine can be selected; When the user has many products and the workpiece size is large, such as containers and large steel structural parts, the open mobile sandblasting machine can be selected. When the user's products are not large and the quantity is large, the automatic sandblasting machine or multiple manual sandblasting machines can be selected according to the daily delivery requirements of products and relevant labor costs, power consumption costs and other costs.

Dalian sanding and derusting machines are divided into two types:

1： Sand blasting machine, which uses compressed air as power to form a high-speed spray beam to spray abrasive sand (emery, glass sand, ceramic sand, etc.) to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed.

2： The shot blasting machine is divided into through shot blasting machine, also known as tunnel shot blasting machine, hanging shot blasting machine, also known as vertical shot blasting machine, crawler shot blasting machine and roller table shot blasting machine. This machine does not need to be driven by gas. It is oriented to and combined into a polishing head through the impeller. During the cleaning process, the speed regulating electric machine drives the conveying roller to send the workpiece to the blasting area of the cleaning room, The whole body of the workpiece is hit and rubbed by dense powerful projectiles from different directions of the spatial structure, and the oxide skin and dirt on it fall off rapidly.

In order to achieve the ideal roughness and cleanliness of the metal surface, the sand blasting rust removal process must carry out rust removal and other pretreatment on the metal structure surface. There is a saying in the anti-corrosion industry that "seven points for rust removal and three points for coating", which shows the importance of rust removal. In view of the particularity of hydraulic metal structure, such as large volume, the construction environment is basically open air, etc.

Sand blasting method:

The commonly used sand blasting methods include dry sand blasting, wet sand blasting, high-pressure water sand blasting and dust-free sand blasting.

1. Dry sand blasting has large dust, which is harmful to health and not environmental protection; During operation, the staff shall be equipped with sandblasting clothes and sandblasting gloves.

2. There is no dust in wet method, but moisture will rust the surface again. Therefore, preventive measures should be taken while removing rust. The method is to add 1% ~ 15% of antirust agent (trisodium phosphate, sodium carbonate, etc.) and emulsifier or soapy water into the water, make the surface of the air compressor no longer rust in a short period of time, and then apply maintenance primer.

3. High pressure water blasting is mainly used for rust removal in large areas, such as ship hull, oil tank, oil tank, boiler, etc. passivator and soapy water are often added to the water.

4. Dust free sand blasting refers to the continuous circulation of sand addition, sand blasting and sand collection and recovery in a closed system to avoid dust flying.
