Maintenance tips of hook shot blasting machine

1. Check the handover records between employees before work.

2. Check whether there are sundries falling into the machine, sand and remove rust in time, so as to prevent equipment failure caused by blocking all conveying links.

3. Before operation, check the wear of vulnerable parts such as guard plate, blade, impeller, rubber curtain, directional sleeve and roller twice per shift and replace them in time.

4. Check the fit of moving parts of all electrical appliances and whether the bolt connection is loose, and tighten it in time.

5. Regularly check whether the oil filling points of shot blasting machine equipment meet the requirements.

6. Check the protective plate of the chamber of the shot blasting machine every day, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.

7. The operator shall check the cleaning effect at any time. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and check the equipment as a whole.

8. Before starting the machine, the operator must check whether all kinds of switches of the control cabinet (panel) are in the required setting position (including all power switches), and then start the machine to avoid misoperation, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment and equipment damage.

9. The seal must be checked every day and replaced immediately if damaged.

10. Regularly check the steel cleaning quality. If necessary, adjust the shot angle and roller conveying speed, and operate correctly according to the operating procedures.
