Meticulous post-treatment prevents secondary defects. Humid coastal conditions demand immediate abrasive residue removal via high-pressure air blowing and vacuum suction for hidden cavity areas. Neutral passivation liquid protects cast steel from rust, and vapor-phase rust prevention applies to titanium castings. Inspection follows: roughness gauges regulate texture to Ra25–50 μm for strong marine coating adhesion, and magnetic particle testing detects microcracks for qualified surfaces.

Customized adjustments enhance performance per industrial needs. Shot peening integrated with local combined blasting-shot peening equipment creates compressive residual stress on wind power castings to raise fatigue resistance. Recyclable eco-abrasives meet EU standards for Dalian’s ship castings exported to Europe and America, free of harmful residues.
