Steps of preparing colored electric pulse in surface electrochemical electrophoretic machining in Dalian

Electrophoretic painting usually refers to "anodic oxidation electrophoretic treatment" in the surface treatment of building aluminum alloy, that is, electrophoretic treatment after anodic oxidation, which is referred to as electrophoretic painting for short. Aluminum profile electrophoresis refers to the process of placing aluminum profile in the electrophoresis tank and forming a dense resin film on the surface after direct current. Electrophoretic painting was applied in Japan as early as 1960s. The film layer is a composite coating of anodic oxide film and electrophoretic coating, so the weather resistance is better than that of anodic oxide profile. The appearance of electrophoretic profile is gorgeous, but the film surface is easy to scratch. At present, electrophoretic painting is still widely used in Japan.

The surface electrochemical electrophoresis processing technology in Dalian is divided into anode electrophoresis and cathode electrophoresis. If the coating particles are negatively charged, the workpiece is an anode, and the coating particles deposit a film on the workpiece under the action of electric field force, which is called anodic electrophoresis; Conversely, if the coating particles are positively charged, the workpiece is the cathode, and the coating particles deposit a film on the workpiece, which is called cathodic electrophoresis.

Preparation steps of colored electric pulse (with the proportion of each color paste and paint in 100 liter tank):

1. Lift or open the toner paint into a small bucket.

2. Take 1 liter of color paste and slowly add the color paste while stirring. Operate the electric mixer and stir for 30 minutes.

3. Move the evenly mixed color paste into a large plastic bucket.

4. Take 20 liters 032# of paint, stir it in a large mixer, add it into the above plastic bucket, fully stir it for 1 hour, and then move it into the electrophoresis tank.

5. Repeat steps 1-4.

6. Put all the mixed solutions of the colored electrophoretic paint behind the electrophoretic tank.

7. Then move the large mixer to the electrophoresis tank and fully stir the electrophoresis paint for half an hour.

Electrophoresis process is generally composed of three basic processes: paint pretreatment, electrophoresis, cleaning and drying. Electrophoresis wastewater mainly comes from the floating paint and tank liquid attached to the workpiece during the cleaning process after electrophoresis. The wastewater contains electrophoresis paint, pigment, filler, organic solvent and a small amount of metal ions, so it needs perfect electrophoresis supporting wastewater and waste gas equipment for treatment.

The phenomenon of low concentration solution moving to high concentration is called electroosmosis. The water content in the coating film is continuously dehydrated from the electrodeposition tank to the surface of the workpiece, which is the process of electrodeposition, and the water content in the coating film is continuously dehydrated from the electrodeposition tank, so as to complete the electrodeposition process.
